VA it places trained virtual assistants with Australian businesses that need administrative and technical support without taking on local staff. The team covers general admin and bookkeeping through to social media, web management and marketing, with particular experience across NDIS, accounting and finance, IT and web development.

The model is deliberately simple. Clients book a discovery call, are matched with an assistant within 48 hours, then delegate work directly. VA it carries the payroll, equipment and infrastructure, and assistants work a full 40 hour week on part time, full time or project based contracts.

Assistants are college educated and fluent in English, based in Sri Lanka with operations run from Melbourne. A one week trial is offered so businesses can test the fit before committing.
