Sarah Farfalla runs Black Ribbon, an HR consultancy for businesses that need proper HR support without carrying a full time HR team.

That covers the awkward and the everyday, from navigating a difficult work environment through to the systems that keep a growing team out of trouble. Sarah’s background spans HR, customer experience and business leadership, so she reads the commercial side as well as the people side.
