Jerestene Saher, known to most people as Jess, is the chocolatier behind Coco De Venci, a luxury chocolate gifting business in Melbourne’s west.

Coco De Venci makes artisan chocolates built for occasions, with wedding bomboniere the speciality. The range runs from liqueur filled pieces, like a Black Forest ganache in ruby chocolate with Kirsch and candied cherries, through to chocolate coated strawberries and Choc Pops for people who would rather skip the alcohol. Everything can be customised.

Jess brings Indian culinary traditions into the flavour work, which is where a lot of the combinations come from.
